Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Any item purchased at a discounted rate is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return.

If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Please report any missing packages within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation. We're not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address is correct.
